Come Join us for an afternoon in community, celebrating connection and the artistic creations of youth who were enrolled in Restorative Reiki Health & Wellness’, Art & Wellness programming at the Ramsey County Juvenile Detention Center.

“Our goal was to provide a novel arts program in a non-judgmental and nurturing space to promote healing while identifying and processing historical, cultural, and social ideologies.”

This event is made possible through a Ramsey County Opioid Response Initiative community grant.

We cordially invite you to join us for a Saturday morning of mindfulness and yoga at the American Legion Post 542 in Roseville, MN. The session is open to all Veterans, their spouses and family members. Regardless of your level of yoga experience, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, we welcome you to join us.

We will meet in the Lower Level Hall of the American Legion Post 542. The session will begin with meditation and sound healing to help you relax and calm your mind. Following the meditation, we will enjoy gentle yoga and stretching. If you need any yoga props such as blocks or blankets, we ask that you bring them along. Chairs will also be available for adaptive poses.
